2009 AAAAI Annual Meeting, March 13-17, Washington, DC


Press Room

The 2009 AAAAI Annual Meeting press room will be located in Room 304, Level 3 of the Washington Convention Center.

Only registered members of the media and invited delegates will be provided access to the press room. Exhibitors and representatives of industry, marketing, advertising or public relations firms will not be issued press passes and are not permitted in the press room or news briefing room.

Upon arrival at the AAAAI Annual Meeting, members of the press must check-in at the press room to obtain their press pass and media kit.

Press room hours

Thursday, March 12 4 to 6 p.m. (early check-in)
Friday, March 13 8:15 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Saturday, March 14 8:15 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Sunday, March 15 8:15 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Monday, March 16 8:15 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Tuesday, March 17 7:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.

The press room offers registered media work stations with Internet access, computers, power outlets, printers and photocopiers. Please be advised that press room workspace is limited.

Wi-Fi access will be available in the press room and other AAAAI Annual Meeting locations. Reporters are encouraged to bring laptop computers.
