Major Goals of Training Program
This is a fully accredited mixed two-year training program in Allergy and Clinical Immunology. The patient population is both inpatient and outpatient with a distribution of pediatric and adult patients in a ratio of about 4:6. All patients are seen in consultation and are referred from a wide geographical area, including Europe, Asia and Africa. The spectrum of diseases includes all entities in the broad field of clinical allergy and clinical immunology, including immunizations and travel medicine. Trainees must be US citizens; commissioned officers in the Army, Navy or Air Force Medical Corps; and must have a current, valid unrestricted medical license.
